What is the minimum detail size for foil stamping?
Minimum line width for foil stamping is approximately 1mm. Very fine text or thin lines may not reproduce cleanly. Our design team will review your artwork and suggest adjustments if needed.
Does foil stamping add to production time?
Yes, foil stamping adds 2-3 days to production for die preparation and application. Complex multi-color foil may require additional passes.
Can foil be applied to any material?
Foil stamping works best on smooth, coated paper surfaces. Uncoated and textured papers may produce softer results. We recommend a sample test for critical applications.
