Chapter 01 — The Beginning
In 2007, Ran Longbing saw something nobody else in Dongguan seemed to notice. Exporters and young brands needed small-batch, high-quality custom boxes — but the established factories only wanted huge orders. The market gap was obvious. Nobody was serving it.
So he started Yuanmei with five people and basic printing machines in a small workshop in Liaobu, Dongguan. The promise was simple: small orders, serious quality, on time.
Chapter 02 — The Growth
- 2007Founded in Liaobu, Dongguan with five people and basic offset machines.
- 2010First Roland press acquired. Team grows to 30.
- 2013Moved to our current site on Luxi 2nd Road. 3,000 m² workshop, team of 60.
- 2015ISO 9001 certification. First overseas customer. Team of 100.
- 2017Komori Lithrone G40 installed. Team of 150.
- 2019Expanded to 10,000 m². FDA and FSC certifications. Team of 200.
- 2021Disney/FAMA authorization. Team of 250.
- 2023KBA large-format press installed. Annual capacity passes 2 million boxes. Team of 300.
- 2025Exports reach 40+ countries. 80+ craftsmen on the floor.
- 2026Today — packaging for Disney, Walmart, Target and 300+ brands.
Chapter 03 — The Team
Three hundred people, one standard. Six departments, each answerable to the box.
Prepress & Design
Dieline engineering, artwork preparation, CTP plate-making, color management.
Printing
Operators on Komori, Roland and KBA presses — consistent color run after run.
Finishing
Foil stamping, embossing, lamination, spot UV and die-cutting.
Handcraft & Assembly
