YMBOX (Yuanmei Packaging and Printing) is a custom packaging box manufacturer established in 2007. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We specialize in rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, food packaging, color cards, and corrugated shipping boxes. Our facility covers 10,000 square meters with over 300 skilled workers.

YMBOX holds multiple international certifications including ISO 9001 (quality management), FSC (sustainable forestry), SMETA/SEDEX (ethical trade), BSCI (social compliance), GRS (recycled materials), FDA (food safety), and Disney FAMA (factory authorization). These certifications are available for inspection upon request.

YMBOX manufactures four main categories of packaging: (1) Gift Boxes including rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, collapsible boxes, and luxury packaging; (2) Food Packaging including bakery boxes, cake boxes, and food-grade containers; (3) Color Cards and Inserts including swatch cards, sample cards, and in-box collateral; (4) Corrugated and Shipping Boxes including mailers, export cartons, and retail-ready displays.

Our rigid gift boxes are made from 1.5mm to 3mm greyboard wrapped with 157gsm to 200gsm coated art paper. We also offer kraft paper, specialty textured papers, and recycled board options. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers and can be customized to meet specific requirements.

We offer a wide range of finishing options including hot foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic, custom colors), embossing and debossing, spot UV coating, matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch lamination, ribbon closures, magnetic closures, and custom die-cut windows. Multiple finishing techniques can be combined for premium effects.

MOQ varies depending on box style, size, material, and customization requirements. For standard rigid boxes, typical MOQ starts from 500 to 1,000 pieces. For simpler styles like folding cartons, MOQ can be as low as 200 to 500 pieces. Contact our team with your specific requirements for a project-specific quotation.

Production lead time depends on order quantity, complexity, and current factory schedule. Typical lead times are: samples 7-10 days, small orders (under 5,000 pcs) 15-20 days, large orders (over 10,000 pcs) 25-35 days. Rush orders may be available upon request. Yes, all our food packaging products use FDA-compliant materials and food-safe inks. We offer both direct and indirect food contact options. Our food-grade paperboard and coatings meet international safety standards. SGS test reports are available upon request.

Yes, we offer grease-resistant coatings for bakery items, oily foods, and products with butter or oil content. Our food-safe coatings prevent oil migration while maintaining print quality. Available in both kraft and white paperboard options.

We use 4-color offset printing (CMYK) for full-color photographic quality reproduction. For exact brand color matching, we offer Pantone spot color printing. Both methods can be combined in a single design. We also offer screen printing for specialty applications.

Yes, we can match Pantone (PMS) colors with high accuracy. We proof on your actual material before production to ensure color consistency. For critical color matching, we recommend providing Pantone color references or physical samples for comparison.

Yes, we offer free existing samples for evaluation. You only need to pay for shipping to your location. For custom samples with your specific design, size, and finishing, there is a sample fee that varies based on complexity. Sample fees may be deducted from your first production order.

We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients, we may offer more flexible payment terms. Please discuss payment options with our sales team.
