What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts as low as 50 pieces per design for custom boxes. For larger or more complex orders, we're flexible — contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What materials and finishes do you offer?

We work with grey board (1200gsm), coated art paper, kraft paper, duplex board, corrugated/E-flute, and more. Finishing options include hot foil stamping, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination, embossing, debossing, and soft touch coating.

How long does production take?

Standard production takes 7–15 days depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be accommodated — please mention your timeline when inquiring.

Do you ship internationally? What shipping methods?

Yes! We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. We offer sea freight, air freight, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for a hassle-free experience. Your dedicated account manager will help you choose the best option.

Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Absolutely. We provide free pre-production samples so you can verify quality, materials, and design before committing to full production. Sample production typically takes 3–5 days.

Are your materials food-grade certified?

Yes. Our food packaging materials comply with FDA 21 CFR and EU EC 1935/2004 regulations for direct and indirect food contact. We can provide certification documentation upon request.
