How do I request a quote?
Send us your box style, dimensions, material, quantity and finishing requirements by email or WhatsApp. We reply with a project-specific quotation.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies depending on box style, size, material and customization requirements. Contact our team for a project-specific quotation.
Do prices decrease with larger quantities?
Yes. Setup costs such as dies and plates are spread across every unit, so unit pricing drops meaningfully at higher volumes. Share your expected volumes and we will quote the most economical option.
Samples & Production
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide blank, printed and pre-production samples. See How to Request and Evaluate Packaging Samples.
How long do samples take?
Sample timelines vary with complexity, tooling and finishing. Blank samples are fastest; pre-production samples must queue on production equipment. We confirm the schedule when you order.
Can I get a digital proof before production?
Yes. We prepare PDF proofs and dielines for your approval before plates are made.
What are your production lead times?
Lead times depend on packaging type, order quantity, customization and sampling requirements. We confirm a production schedule with every quotation.
Design & Manufacturing
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined and color profiles included. If you have a dieline, include it; if not, we can create one.
Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?
Yes. Our prepress team can build dielines and help develop your design into print-ready files.
What printing and finishing do you offer?

Can you match my brand color exactly?

Can you make custom structures and inserts?
Yes. Custom die-cut structures, trays, dividers, windows and magnetic closures are all manufactured in-house.
Shipping
Where are your boxes manufactured and where do you ship?
All boxes are manufactured in our Dongguan, Guangdong, China facility and exported to 40+ countries worldwide. Tour our factory capabilities.
How do you pack boxes for export?
Folding cartons ship flat in export-grade cartons; rigid boxes ship assembled with corner protection. Every order is palletized and loaded per destination requirements.
